CSR Zhuzhou wins KL Ampang Line train contract
CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Company has secured a contract worth up to Ringgit 530m ($US 172.6m) to supply 20 six-car metro trains that will serve the extended Ampang light metro line in Kuala Lumpur.




Federal funding boost for Vancouver Island railway
AFTER many months of uncertainty, the future of the Vancouver Island railway finally looks assured after the Canadian government agreed to contribute $C 7.5m ($US 7.47m) to the rehabilitation of the Esquimalt - Courtenay line.
