As we reported last week, the California High Speed Rail Authority just lost several key leaders and is coming under increasing criticism, while Governor Jerry Brown is steadfast in his support for the idea of bullet trains from San Francisco to Los Angeles, he’s planning an overhaul of the agencies charged with building the project.
