Stadler has handed over the first of five dual-system Flirt electric multiple-unit (EMU) trains for Czech open-access operator Leo Express, which plans to launch Prague-Ostrava services in competition with Czech Railways (CD) and RegioJet this December, according to IRJ Breaking News.
