Africa's mega refinery project launched (AlJazeeraEnglish) 3rd March 2012
Africa's biggest transport and refinery project has been launched in Kenya.
The multi-billion-dollar plan includes a port, a railway and roads linking Kenya, Ethiopia and South Sudan.
