Transport Minister Norman Baker gave a video address to the National Railway Museum Dinner held in York. He explains this is the golden age of Britain's railways because the Coalition Government is pressing ahead with an ambitious set of rail projects that is bigger in scale than anything attempted for over a hundred years.
