    New South Wales's Waratah rail project reaches halfway mark Australia's New South Wales (NSW) government has delivered 39 new air-conditioned Waratah trains (312 carriages) in a public-private-partnership (PPP) with Reliance Rail, marking the halfway point of the delivery project.
