Expect some discussion on the thought that a Labour administration would be encouraged to reform the railways..(is that a euphemism for nationalization?)... and responses to a claim that coalition MPs constituencies are receiving the bulk of funding to improve railway stations....
Dark arts at work?? Or funding where there is a priority need..? 


One major engineering work (the Channel Tunnel) reaches its 20th anniversary..and is now , after years of turmoil, making a profit....
Another major engineering work (the Trans Siberian railway) is celebrated in Christian Wolmar's book, which will be featured by the author at the upcoming Hay Festival. Still a few tickets left, apparently.


And another oil train derailment in the US........


And another Tube strike this week....
