Stadler and MRS Logistics unveil rack locomotive STADLER and MRS Logistics, Brazil, have unveiled what they say is the largest rack and pinion locomotive ever to be built.

Bombardier to supply New York’s subway cars METROPOLITAN Transportation Authority (MTA) has awarded Bombardier a $US 599m contract to supply 300 new subway cars to New York City Transit (NYCT). Brunswick Rail secures funds for expansion RUSSIAN rolling stock leasing company Brunswick Rail has secured a $US 250m five-year funding facility arranged by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) with the following banks: ING Bank, Raiffeisen Bank International, Société Générale, and UniCredit.
