
The expensive business of running a railway features in today's news, although in Ryanair's case its the cost of running an airline, since high speed trains have stolen a thunder on some of Ryanair's Italian routes.
And whilst Japan is willing to invest 200 billion yen on high speed rail, Nigel Farage says that the UK can't afford it.
India's Railways come in for criticism, whilst the Orient Express appears to be moving in the right direction....
