HS2 Environmental Impact Assessment - Scope and Methodology Report published.
The Scope and
Methodology Report (SMR), published today, is a technical document that outlines
the environmental topics which will be assessed as part of the EIA. It sets out
the survey methods that are to be used, which geographical areas will be
included and the period of time over which effects will be assessed.
